What is the Johns Hopkins Evidence-Based Practice Toolkit?

Upstate Nursing adopted the Johns Hopkins Nursing Evidence-Based Practice (JHNEBP) Model in 2017. The JHNEBP Model Toolkit below has user-friendly tools to guide individual or group use.

This toolkit is used with permission from the Johns Hopkins Nursing Center for Evidenced-Based Practice.
