What is the Johns Hopkins Evidence-Based Practice Tool Kit?
Upstate Nursing adopted the Johns Hopkins Nursing Evidence-Based Practice(JHNEBP) Model in 2017. The JHNEBP Model Toolkit below has user-friendly tools to guide individual or group use.
This toolkit is used with permission from the Johns Hopkins Nursing Center for Evidenced-Based Practice.

- Appendix A - PET Management GuideThe PET Management Guide walks you through the three steps of the EBP process: practice question, evidence, and translation.
- Appendix B: Question Development ToolThe Question Development Tool is used to develop an answerable EBP question and to guide the team in the evidence search process.
- Appendix C: Stakeholder Analysis ToolThe Stakeholder Analysis Tool is used to identify key stakeholders. Key stakeholders are persons, groups, or departments in the organization that have an interest in or concern about your project.
