OpenAthens

Use your Upstate issued ID and Password. It is the same as you would use for your email, Self-Serve, Banner, Blackboard, Epic or any other campus login. 

Don't know your password? Please call IMT's Help Desk at 315-464-4115 to have it reset.

Use your OpenAthens username (either your email or account ID that starts with "upsm") and password. The username was provided via an email from OpenAthens when you initially activated your account and the password is what you setup in the activation process.

If you don't know your password or forgot it, you can Reset your Password. If you still have trouble or have other questions about accessing the library's resources, please contact the Library Service Desk (315) 464-7091 or by email at libsuppt@upstate.edu.
