Submitting articles and other works
Please use our form to submit articles/manuscripts to self-archive them in SOAR. If the article has been indexed in PubMed or CrossRef, less information is needed. Library staff will use the information provided to place the article in the repository,

- Title of work
- Journal name

A work may be embargoed and a Creative Commons copyright license chosen. If none is selected, an Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs (CC BY-NC-ND) license will be applied by default; this is the most prohibitive license that does not allow derrivatives or commercial use of works. The final step is to upload the thesis or dissertation in PDF format.
The journal and/or publisher dictates which version of the article may be self-archived in an institutional repository. If you do not have this information, you may look it up in Sherpa/Romeo or email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
A confirmation and the permanent URL will be sent to the email provided when the submission is complete.
